The evaluation provides information for decision-making, strategic planning, and even the modification of a program. The results can be used to identify areas for improvement, facilitate changes in the plan, prepare reports, inform both internal and external stakeholders, learn about the context where the project is being carried out, account for its value to stakeholders, and make evidence-based organizational decisions.
Eleventh House’s evaluation services include the review of the range of costs associated with alternate pathways, that we use to make informed recommendations. We evaluate programs and processes to delineate successes and pinpoint areas for potential improvement.
