Governments

With Eleventh House, the government-industry finds an easier way to optimize available resources and find extra money to make community projects trackable and accountable.

The expanding ring of organizations that make up the government sector from the core to the publicly funded agencies, enterprises, and other entities delivering public programs, goods, or services, helps to understand the complexity of this industry which is in constant interaction with contractors and businesses that may or may not be part of the public sector.

Financed by public funds, the organizations that are part of the government sector are accountable to society, having to demonstrate that resources are used in the best way with the best possible result while dealing with politics and tons of bureaucratic issues. In other words, they need to manage the budgetary demands of decreased revenues and increased service demands, while paying the costs of state and federal mandates.

In this context, transformation and modernization are often slow and painful since they are constantly meeting the demands of aging infrastructure with its associated costs. Balancing economic opportunities with environmental risks appears as one of the biggest challenges. Furthermore, sometimes bureaucratic processes and competing interests in the political arena can stifle project innovation and efficacy.

We help get things done in political environments, managing competing interests, as we have the resources and expertise to accomplish that within budget and an outcome that directly benefits both the department and the community.

Bureaucracy management and administrative stages can lead to a loss of time discouraging the progress of projects. We can bear the burden of managing community projects creating a clear and actionable strategy and leaving them time to deal with day-to-day operations.

Participation in grant programs that encourage regional cooperation may result in relevant cost savings for participating partners while promoting regional cooperation and communication. With grants, we can leverage public funding to deliver community programs.
